Located close to the campsite, the "Vélocean" cycle path is easy to reach. From the salt marshes to the coastline, roam between small creeks and sandy beaches. All the routes are safe, secure, and equipped for family rides. You don’t have to bring your bikes for the holidays: you can rent them directly on the Estate.
At the start of the estate, you will have to travel 7 km to reach La Baule, 15 km to reach Piriac-Sur-Mer (picnic area on the way) and 20 km to reach Saint-Nazaire. You can take the "Lila" shuttles to cross the bridge of Saint-Nazaire and reach the bicycle paths of Saint-Brévin-Les-Pins securely (Call 02 40 21 50 97 to book).
The FFvélo (French Federation of Cycle Tourism) offers three different bike tours near the campsite. The first one is called "Entre mégalithes et croix" (Between megaliths and crosses): this 86-km-long trail lasts an average of 6 hours and 45 minutes.
The second tour, "Le tour de la presqu’île" (Around the peninsula), is 89 km long and lasts approximately 7h15. The third trail, "De la côte d’amour à la Vilaine" (From the Côte d’Amour to the Vilaine) takes you on a ride to visit the northern part of the Guérande peninsula over a distance of about 100 km for an average duration of 8h30. About 45 minutes are needed to travel the 7 km between Guérande de la Baule . It is on an old railway which has been arranged to receive exclusively the bicycles and rollers that you will discover one of the most beautiful beach of Europe.
15 km characterized by dish. This is the distance to reach this village made of narrow streets and old granite stones. On the way a picnic area for a break or so the village of Kervodué you will discover the thatched roofs and the treasures of the region.
The post-war city famous for shipbuilding is 20 kms from Guérande.
